Refunds & Returns

Thank you for shopping with BlissRidge. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
    • In its original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper care

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at blissridgeusa@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
  3. Our support team will provide return instructions once your request is approved

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange, contact us at blissridgeusa@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
