Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days (may vary by destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.
  • If your country is not available at checkout, shipping to your location is not supported at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Lost or Stolen Packages

BlissRidge LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
